These terms govern your use of gharsathi.pk and GharSaathi's domestic staff placement services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

GharSaathi connects families with domestic staff, including maids, cooks, drivers, nannies, guards, and household helpers, across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Every professional in our network undergoes CNIC identity verification before we share their profile with a family. Most requests are matched within 24 hours.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your household, location, and staffing needs.
• Interview and approve any candidate before confirming a placement, a match is not final until you've confirmed the candidate is suitable.
• Treat placed staff fairly and in line with applicable Pakistani labour standards.
• Report any concerns about a placement to us promptly so we can address them.

3. Free Replacement Guarantee

If a placement isn't the right fit, we will help arrange a replacement at no extra cost, within the guarantee period agreed at the time of placement. Specific terms of the guarantee period will be confirmed with you directly when you engage our services.

4. Fees and Payment

There is no upfront fee to browse our services or to request a match. Placement fees and staff salaries are agreed directly with you before a placement is confirmed. We do not charge hidden fees beyond what's agreed with you in writing or over WhatsApp before placement.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

While we screen every candidate through CNIC verification and, where available, reference checks, we cannot guarantee the future conduct of any individual we place. We encourage clients to exercise their own reasonable judgment, particularly during the early period of a placement, and to report any concerns to us immediately.

6. Website Use

Content on this site, including service descriptions and area guides, is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change. Pricing shown reflects typical ranges and may vary based on your specific requirements, confirm exact terms with us directly before engaging a placement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GharSaathi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a staff placement, beyond arranging a suitable replacement under our guarantee where applicable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
